Hello,
Trust you are well. I work for a small health volunteer group. I will like to know if I can place a food order for pick up for this month.
The order is to cater to some health volunteer workers fighting against the dreadful outbreak of the COVID19. Kindly send me a copy of your takeout menu so I can place an order.
We have made arrangement for a driver to pick up the order after payment on the stated date.

We LOVE this restaurant!!! Consistently excellent, fresh and delicious food. Your social distancing measures are comforting, but we sure do miss you being open on Mondays. Oh well, everyone deserves a day off and you people sure do work hard! Thank you so much for your excellent service.

You guys need to update your website! You are taking people’s money with nothing in return! I drove up there, saw you guys in the restaurant to tell you I paid for something and I want my money back and you waved at me with big smiles on your faces and went out back to get in your car.. so of course I drove back there only to be talked to like I am the one in the wrong and the lady kept saying I wasn’t charged, when In fact, I WAS! You will be seeing me may first and you will no longer have my families business!

Been coming here for over 15 years. Tonight’s experience was the worst. The won ton soup had zero flavor. The beef with broccoli was smothered in garlic (usually none). My hunan chicken had no flavor except for the hot chili. Prices have gone up. None of the staff was familiar. Has this establishment come under new management. If so we will probably not return

Thw quality of the food is at the lowest level at your establishment. I ha e been a customer for 26 years! Tonight's dinner will be the last time I order anything from New China Watauga. The food quality has deteriorate. The personnel are rude and very unprofessional. They refused to correct orders filled order with burnt ribs, burner steak on and chicken on a stick. Their response the is the way it always is. I having been eating there for 10 + years but now never again.

This is absolutely be best Chinese food in Keller. There is nothing fancy about this hole in the wall restaurant, in fact, I almost didn’t walk into it the first time because it looked a bit sketchy! We took a chance and it’s been our 1st choice when we want Chinese food. It’s delicious, the portions are huge and no one can beat their prices!
